The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association will hold its 27th Annual Rusty Duncan Advanced Criminal Law Seminar on June 12 – 14 in San Antonio, TX. Named for the late Honorable M.P. “Rusty” Duncan III of the Court of Criminal Appeals, this course is designed to cover Texas state law. It will address topics covered on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization criminal law certification exam, as well as cases from the past year that impact a Texas criminal defense practice. The theme of this year’s seminar is “TCDLA is All in.”
Gerry Goldstein will present “Our Vanishing Constitution: Litigating the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments” on Saturday, June 14 from 8:30am – 9:30am for 1.0 credit hours of CLE.
On Thursday night, June 12, Gerry Goldstein will once again host the TCDLA seminar attendees for the annual “Goldstein Pachanga” with live music at his home in San Antonio. If you’re attending the seminar, please join us for this event.
