The NORML Legal Committee will be holding its annual seminar in Key West, Florida on December 4th, 5th, and 6th. Attorney Gerry Goldstein will be presenting his lecture on 2014 Supreme Court Updates, which will closely examine the most recent decisions regarding marijuana laws and related matters on constitutional rights.

Gerry H. Goldstein is a recipient of NORML’s Al Horn Award, which he received in 1999. This award commemorated his decades-long and tireless advocacy for marijuana law reform at both a state and federal level. He is also a Lifetime Member of the organization, and was one of NORML’s earliest supporters, alongside the likes of Hunter S. Thompson and founder Keith Stroup.

The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) is a national nonprofit organization that was established in 1970 to pursue cannabis legalization. NORML is dedicated to reforming marijuana laws regarding private and medical use, as well as its cultivation. In the decades since its founding, the organization has greatly expanded its grassroots efforts and currently boasts 135 chapters across the country and over 550 attorneys involved with NORML’s Legal Committee.
