The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association will be holding an informative event on April 17th, 2015, which will be open to lawyers, social workers, investigators, and legal support staff who routinely represent the indignant. Attorney Don Flanary of Goldstein, Goldstein & Hilley will be giving a presentation on Information Tech & Communication Skills for criminal defense lawyers at 9:30AM.

Other speakers will touch on topics including the Michael Morton Discovery Act, Ineffective Assistance Counsel, Pre-Trial Motions, Jury Selection, In House Investigations, and Post-Conviction. This event is eligible for 7 hours of CLE credits, including 1 Ethics credit.
